Return & Refund Policy

At Bristi, we’re committed to ensuring that you feel confident and comfortable with every purchase. If the fit isn’t quite right, we’ve made returns as simple and transparent as possible.

Eligibility for Return

We accept returns only if the original seal is intact. Every Bristi outfit is shipped with a tamper-proof seal that ensures the product has not been worn or used. Customers are encouraged to try the fit with the seal on.

If the seal is broken, tampered with, or removed, the product becomes non-returnable and is not eligible for a refund.

Steps to Request a Return

If your item doesn’t fit, please follow the steps below:

  1. Email us at support@bristi.co.in within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include the following in your email:

    • A clear image showing the seal intact on the dress

    • A photo of the dress

    • Your Order ID

    • Your reason for return

Our support team will get back to you with return instructions and shipping details.

Return Approval & Inspection

Once the returned item is received by us:

  • Our quality team will inspect the product to ensure it:

    • Has the original seal intact

    • Is in unused and undamaged condition

If the product passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 3-4 business days.

Refund Process

Refunds will be credited directly to your provided bank account once the returned product is approved.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will not be initiated for items with broken seals.
