At Bristi, we do not mass manufacture our garments. We craft each and every piece in-house. Hence, for certain pieces delivery times may take a bit longer than others.

We usually deliver all our orders within 3-5 days of purchase , but in case a garment has been sold out, we will craft it for you and deliver it to you at a maximum of 14 days. You can get live updates on your orders, at any time over Whatsapp or mail (support@bristi.co.in)

You can return your garment upto 7 days from delivery , if the product is unused, unworn, and the ‘Returns Not Accepted if Broken’ satin ribbon and sealed sticker are intact.

• Feel free to try out your garment, just don't break the satin ribbon or the sealed sticker, and your product will be eligible for returns.

• Damaged, soiled, or tampered garments will not be eligible for returns.
